Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Yangon Arrival

Start your 5 Day Anzac adventure off on a high note, as you are met at the Yangon airport and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy an afternoon of sightseeing, however the sights visited will depends on arrival time. Enjoy an overnight stay at your Yangon hotel (Standard Room)

Day 2: Yangon-Kyaikhto-Mawlamyaing

After breakfast, we begin our journey to Mawlamyaing.  Our first stop on this adventure is at Htaukkyant War Cemetery, where we can pay our respects to those who lost their lives in this area during WW II.  After a delicious lunch at Kyaikhto we continue to Mawlamyaing, which was the first British capital in colonized Burma. Have a well-earned rest at our overnight accommodation your Mawlamyaing Hotel (Superior Room)

Day 3: Mawlamyaing-Thanbyuzayat- Mawlamyaing

We enjoy a group breakfast before travelling to Thanbuyzayat, the site of the Commonwealth War Cemetery. Here we can either enjoy a visit or upon request, we can arrange to do memorial service at War Cemetery where allied prisoners of World War II's died while building the infamous Deathly Railway. Meander through the cemetery at leisure, which has a total number of 3, 77.Continuing our journey, we can visit the Burma end of the unfinished railway and some of the interesting sites related to prisoners of war (POWs). Returning back to Mawlamyaing, we enjoy a stop by at Win Sein Taw Ya Reclining Buddha, the largest reclining image in the world. Enjoy your second night at your Mawlamyaing Hotel (Superior Room).

Day 4: Mawlamyaing-Kyaikhto-Yangon

This morning, we enjoy breakfast, then start our return journey to Yangon. We stop in at Mountain View Resort Restaurant for a tasty lunch, and from here we can pay a visit to Seik Phu Taung Orphanage School, the largest orphanage school in Myanmar with over 700 children aged from 10 months old. You are more than welcome to donate toys, clothes or money to the orphanage before making the final leg of the trip back to Yangon and returning to your Yangon Hotel (Standard Room) where we spent our first night. 

Day 5: Yangon Departure

Enjoy a delicious breakfast, before farewelling your new travel mates, and getting ready for your next adventure.   We will transfer you to Yangon International Airport in time to board your departure flight.
